Shipping

You will receive a tracking notification once your item(s) is/are packaged and shipped. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email in those cases.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, international shipping for CC's Beauty Works consists of Australia, Canada, and UK.

Standard U.S. Shipping - Approximately 2-6 Business Days 

Expedited U.S. Shipping - Can be as fast as 1-3 Business Days

Standard International Shipping - Approximately 8-20

Expedited International Shipping - Can be as fast as 3-9 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control).  

Please keep in mind, all shipping timeframes will ultimately depend upon your location.

Important message about the worldwide COVID-19 situation:

On behalf of everyone at CC's Beauty Works, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. As always, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, and customers. We are a small business, and we are shipping orders normally. Please be assured that as individuals we are all practicing social distancing, frequently washing our hands, frequently sanitizing our equipment, and making sure the products we ship are clean and safe.

Due to these security measures, which currently take place everywhere internationally at all companies, there may sometimes be delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – but if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CC's Beauty Works is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Extended Shipping Times

NEW PRODUCTS & HOLIDAY ORDERS

Due to high order volume, new product launch events, holiday seasons, and special event sales days, orders may take longer business days to ship (excluding holidays or weekends).

Order Status

You will receive shipping confirmation for your order when the label for your order is printed. If you have received shipping confirmation but are unable to track the item(s), this means your order is still being processed. The order will begin tracking when scanned by the shipping carrier.

Please be advised that processing times may be longer during holidays and high-volume sales or promotions periods. We appreciate your patience!

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept requests to combine shipping, add/delete items, or change your address once your order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is processed and moved to fulfillment, the order cannot be cancelled. If you have not received a notification via email, we can always check if your order has been filled, and if not, we can cancel it at that time.

Exchanges/ Returns/ Damaged/ Incorrect Orders

Please accept our apologies as we do not accept exchanges or issue refunds as our products are considered personal care items. We do not accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final. Please check your order immediately, upon arrival to ensure no damage. Claims for damage replacements must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged item(s) along with your delivery details and the order number in the body of the email and in the subject line state, "Damaged Order", then send the email to cc@ccsbeutyworks.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. If your order is received incorrect/incomplete contact us within 2 business days and follow the same steps listed above, in this section, but in the subject line of the email enter, "Incorrect/Incomplete Order" and we'll be happy to assist you. We cannot assist with orders past 2 business days of delivery. Please review your order upon receiving. 

Lost/ Stolen Packages

CC’s Beauty Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages. 

Returned/ Refused Shipments

CC’s Beauty Works is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. If your package(s) is/are returned unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund. Apologies as we cannot re-ship your returned package or process a refund if the package has been opened. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Back Orders

Please keep in mind, when an item in high demand sells out unexpectedly, it may be placed on back-order. In some cases, backorders do occur, which can delay the shipping process. Our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible. If an item in your order is unavailable, with no notification update for more than 5 business days, we will gladly ship the available items. You will not be charged for items that are not available.
