Orders
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Processing time may be longer for APO/Military addresses.
Order Status
You will receive shipping confirmation WHEN THE LABEL FOR YOUR ORDER IS PRINTED. If you have received shipping confirmation but are unable to track the item(s), YOUR ORDER IS STILL BEING PROCESSED. It will begin tracking when it is scanned by the shipping carrier.
Please be advised that processing times may be longer during holidays and high-volume sales or promotions periods. We appreciate your patience!
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept requests to combine shipping, add/delete items, or change your address once your order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is processed and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
CC’s Beauty Works does not accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final. In the case of missing or incorrect items, please contact cc@ccsbeautyworks.com for assistance.
Exchanges/ Damaged/ Incorrect Orders
Please accept our apologies as we do not accept exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we will happily replace your merchandise with the correct item ordered. Claims for replacement must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) along with your order number tocc@ccsbeutyworks.com
Lost/ Stolen Packages
CC’s Beauty Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.
Returned/ Refused Shipments
CC’s Beauty Works is not responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. If your package(s) is/are returned unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee within 25 business days of when the parcel is returned by the carrier. Please allow 14 business days for payment reversal. We will not re-ship your returned package or process a refund if the package has been opened.
Back Orders
Please keep in mind, when an item in high demand sells out unexpectedly, it may be placed on back-order. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items and provide store credit for the back-ordered item(s).
