No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages. If your package(s) is/are returned unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee within 25 business days of when the parcel is returned by the carrier.
