If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages. Returned/ Refused Shipments CC’s Beauty Works is not responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. If your package(s) is/are returned unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee within 25 business days of when the parcel is returned by the carrier.
